Warranty
We believe in the reliability of what we make. That's why we stand behind every Woodland Mills core product with a 3-year warranty. Woodland Mills is owned by two engineers, backed by an in-house engineering team who take pride in designing dependable equipment. Used as intended, our products can be relied on for long days of trouble-free operation, while being simple to operate and easy to maintain.
Our warranty covers the cost of replacement parts, and we even cover the cost of shipping parts to you. We continue to improve our products at every opportunity, in the rare event that we request a part to be returned for further testing, we cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.

Warranties on Woodland Mills products are auto-registered at the time of purchase. As a purchaser, there is nothing you are required to do to begin warranty coverage on your product.

Warranty Limitations
We build our products to be reliable and durable. Our warranty does not apply to after-market modifications or damages that occur from negligence, misuse, and use not in accordance with the operating and maintenance instructions or the product's intended uses. In short, our warranty covers heavy use, but not abuse.
Woodland Mills disclaims liability for any accidents, injuries or damages to the equipment or personal property caused by the equipment when equipped with unauthorized parts, equipped with parts for unapproved purposes, or modified in any other way. Woodland Mills will, at its discretion, make the final decision regarding warranty eligibility.
Remedy
The remedy for this warranty is that Woodland Mills will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts to the original purchaser. This is a parts-only warranty and excludes labour and/or other costs associated with replacing parts. Woodland Mills reserves the right to discontinue or change materials, parts, models, or products, or to make substitutions.
Woodland Mills will ship replacement parts via courier. Express shipping options may be available in certain regions and at an extra cost to the customer. Photos, videos, or the return of defective parts to Woodland Mills may be required to determine proper root cause and replacement. When defective parts are required to be returned, a pre-paid courier shipping label will be provided to the customer.
